We are a family run business so we do not use
casual employees to operate our fountains; this ensures the best possible
service from start to finish. Also we will always have an operator with our
large fountain.
We are fully insured with public
liability insurance.

events that we have catered for and are not just copied from other sites
We only use the best Belgian chocolate
available and we do not re-use any of our chocolate - every new event has
new chocolate. Our chocolate also has added cocoa butter to help it run
smoothly so unlike some companies - we don't add extra vegetable oil.
We do not charge extra for our large
selection of dips, they are included in the price with our large fountain.
Also if there is a dip you fancy we will include it at no extra charge.
With our large chocolate fountain we supply
everything you need including the dips, skewers and napkins so all you have
to do is enjoy the chocolate.
Our pricing is transparent - all of our
prices are on the website and when we give you a quote we will base it on
these prices so you know what to expect.
We endeavor to respond to your email enquiry
and answer all your questions and give you a quote the same day so you are

If you pay by credit card - all
your payment details will be shredded immediately after the transaction has
been processed.
